The E34 M5 was introduced at the end of 1989. It was available as 4 door sedan.
It had a six cylinder engine wich had 315 HP and a top speed of 250 km/h.
In 1992 the M5 received a new engine with 340 HP. In 1993 the M5 touring came
available. This was the first M touring BMW ever made. It had the same engine as
the sedan so 340 HP and a top speed of 250 km/h. In 1995 the M5 received a small
face lift. The M5 sedan and touring went out of production at the end of 1995.
